Frequently asked questions
StadsgidsDelft provides only private tours and we don’t merge groups. Our guides will tailor the tour specifically to the wishes of the group.
The tour is not cancelled when it’s raining. In extreme weather conditions, the program can be adjusted or canceled free of charge.
In case of delay, you must inform our guide by phone. We use a standard waiting time of maximum 15 minutes. Guides reserve the right to shorten the tour.
Delft has a small historic center with short distances between the many highlights. Our guides will adjust the pace and tour for participants if needed.
You will receive an invoice from us five days before the booked date, which must be paid within 14 days. Foreign travellers we offer the option to pay in cash.
